Week of Workouts - First Week of July!
Full week of functional strength & conditioning workouts designed to help you build strength, endurance and confidence in the gym.
Goodbye June, & hellooooo July! Here’s a fresh set of workouts to help you start the month off strong.
Monday - Upper Body Push + HIIT
Tuesday - Lower Body Strength + Conditioning
Wednesday - Upper/Lower Pull Strength + HIIT
Thursday - Rest/Walking/Zone 2 Cardio/Yoga
Friday - 4th of July Full Body Workout
Saturday - 20min. Core + Cardio
Sunday - Rest/Walking/Zone 2 Cardio/Yoga
We’ll start the week with one dedicated upper body and one dedicated lower body lift, followed by and upper/lower fusion workout. Then we have a fun full body workout for the 4th (because my favorite way to start a holiday is with a high intensity workout) and a shorter workout for Saturday. Most workouts this week include a high intensity finisher of some sort to help you get the most out of each session.
These sessions are built to challenge you. They rely on a mix of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, and occasional cardio work, and take a more functional approach to fitness. Whether you're fully equipped or working with a more minimal setup, each workout can be adjusted to fit what you have on hand. If you need help modifying something, feel free to send me a message!
