Part 1
10 rounds:
30 second sprint / 30 second rest - Row, Bike, Ski, or Run, your choice!

Part 2
10 rounds:
5 Dual DB Snatch
14 Air Squats
1 Burpee (add a burpee each round!)
Round 1 = 1 burpee, round 2 = 2 burpees, etc
Rest 30 seconds in between each round

Part 3
40 seconds on / 20 seconds off
10 rounds:
Odd rounds (1,3,5,7,9) = Mountain Climbers
Even rounds (2,4,6,8,10) = Bicycle Crunches
